At Mayer's Custom Meats, we're more than just a butcher shop. We're a family tradition rooted in quality, community, and craftsmanship.

Our story began on July 25, 1989 when Jeff and Cathy Mayer transformed a two-car garage in Ridgefield, Washington, into a humble sausage-making operation. Jeff discovered his passion for the meat trade, leading to a full-fledged career shift. With unwavering support from friends and family across Clark County, our business flourished.

In 1995, we moved to our current location in Vancouver, Washington, where we've continued to grow and serve our community. Today, Mayer's Custom Meats remains a family-owned and operated establishment. From our house-made jerky to our varieties of smoked bratwurst, every product reflects our commitment to quality and tradition.

We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming atmosphere where customers feel like family. Whether you're a longtime patron or a first-time visitor, we're here to provide personalized service and top-notch products.
